Montrealers of Scottish Origin in the 19th Century

This selection of approximately 75 images shows artifacts evoking the presence of people, institutions and associations of Scottish origin in Montreal in the 19th century. Among the latter are the Presbyterian church, the St. Andrew's Society, the Beaver Club, the Montreal General Hospital, the Caledonian Society, the Royal Montreal Curling Club and the Black Watch of Canada.
