Reading in the Street - Part 2

The transmission of messages through posters is a practice associated largely with urban landscapes. This medium has been used to reach citizens since the middle of the 19th century. Whether to convince them to vote, to enlist or simply to buy a product, the messages transmitted in public spaces reflect the main characteristics of the social, economic and cultural evolution of that community.
