Description

Located on Bleury Street in Montreal from 1856 to 1893, the Notman photography studio moved several times before the death of its founder, William Notman, in 1891.

From 1893 to 1913, the head office was at 14 Philips Square; then, from 1913 to 1924, at 79 Union Street. From 1924 to 1930, it was at 227 Peel Street, and then at 1418 Drummond Street from 1930 to 1940. Finally, from 1940 to 1954, it was located at 1330 Sherbrooke Street
